Meet Robodogs
Robodogs 11009 is a competitive robotics team from McAllen High School in McAllen, Texas. Since our founding in 2015, we have been competing in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), where our team has designed, built, and programmed robots to take on unique game challenges each season.
Over the years, our team has earned awards for both outreach and robot performance, including the Inspire Award at the 2019 South Texas Regional Championship and the Design Award at the 2025 South Texas Regional Championship. These accomplishments reflect our deep knowledge of FTC and our ability to compete at a high level. Robodogs strive to inspire our community through outreach and innovation in design.
Our mission is to create robots that can compete at higher levels of competition while hosting outreach events that leave a positive impact on our community.
